FAQs

Well, think about it. How many times have you heard a phrase but never say it yourself? My clients tell me all the time "I understand it but I never use it." With the toolkit activities you will actually see progress. The whole point of the course is to encourage you to take action, rather than just passively learning lists of vocabulary. It's a low investment for a big return. The content I'll train you on are things that come up all the time. It's really going to help give you a confidence boost in your day-to-day interactions. 

Great question! I decided to call it a toolkit rather than a course because you can use the resources however you want, just like the tools in a toolkit for a construction worker. I include study planners and suggestions to get you started when you join. 

I totally understand you have limited free time. That's why I have made the interactive activities in the toolkit less than 5 minutes. Of course, if you really want to say things on autopilot you have to review and refresh on the vocabulary regularly. That takes time and it's a process.  

Yes. You have lifetime access. There is no time limit. That means you will have access to this version and any future versions of the toolkit. 

Sure. Scroll down to the curriculum section and you can preview the first modules of the 3 main sections. 

Yes. You can request an invoice when you pay on the NewZenler platform. 

This is a toolkit, rather than a course. The resources are available for you to use however you wish. You can follow one of study guide suggestions or come up with your own routine. In order to get the most out of this course, it's important that you are an autonomous learner and can set up new routines and habits. 

It depends what you mean by "do" the toolkit. For me, that means knowing on auto-pilot all the phrases there. In which case that depends how much work you have done. The more you practice, the quicker progress you will have. As I said in the previous FAQ, this is designed as a toolkit, not a course. You can study and cover the resources how you feel is best. I include several suggestions for study guides to help give you some inspiration. If you wanted to do one module a week then you have your study plan sorted for 1 year plus as there are 66 modules!

I would say you need to have an upper intermediate level+ (B2+) to really make the most of these resources. You at least need to already to be able to communicate in English at work but you want to improve your vocabulary and use more advanced phrases.
